Our Story

Alva's Education Foundation (AEF) was established in 1995 under the visionary leadership of Chairman Dr. M. Mohan Alva, who succeeded in making Moodubidire an educational hub in the Coastal region of Karnataka.

Today, AEF is home to 30,000 students pursuing various courses ranging from primary to post-graduate levels — in social sciences, pure sciences, engineering, and management. There are 21 institutes functioning under the AEF banner, welcoming students from Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Sudan, Switzerland, and beyond.

Alva's Education Foundation name is synonymous with discipline, punctuality, humility and fulfilment. The foundation's commitment to society is evident from its quality infrastructure dedicated to imparting both traditional and contemporary education.
